Very good performance by our boys today!
Bs were 4-0 up at half time and credit to the South Coast boys for having a real go in the 2nd half and giving our boys a few tense moments.
In the As we need to take our chances a bit more but it was still very good display for 90mins to clinch the points and continue our good start to the season!

All the best to the Sth Coast boys for the rest of the season!

Keeper was already booked one on one took our forward out at least a yellow ref gave a penalty so should have gone - good save though

Gundlach got all three. Downs started brighter and seemed to be the only team whose game plan was to play rather than take out opponents. Catta had some pretty touches but they were never going to hurt the Downs in the centre circle. Ebomo strong and competitive as always but possibly has lost his creative impact on the game and as such Downs were troubled rarely.
Gardens too good in the ressies and Cs but with no offense it's the main event that will be remembered and the better team playing football won on the day. I can only think the Gardens coaching staff didn't back their team to win enough by talent alone? Possibly scared? Maybe just an off day?
Referee was ordinary. Crowd on both sides very vocal and well behaved.

Seems like a fair assessment, very rare for the keeper to give away a penalty and not get a card. Jayden Shepherd would have been the goalkeeper, certainly one of the best 'shotstopping' goalkeepers I have seen in the amateur league.

A team it was a great game to watch very competitive but for all the other oppositions out there BH couldn't bring us down.

I watched the game and Parafield were the better playing side but poor finishing side.

What ammo we won they were shite, better side that scored jack shite yeah you would take that any day. We were the better side but we lost..... :lol thank f**k you had the ref in your pocket.
