Either Ghan had players missing, jets ressies are awesome or our ressies are average.....
Like I said last week Ghan are very handy

Re: Cup Round 2 results
Can only speak on what I seen last week to what I seen today. A few players that played in ghans first team against east played against jets today, Saturday fixture might not have been that bad. Jets turned it on to play one of the best performances they have this year. Ghans only goal coming from a penalty in the 90th minute. I'm going with jets ressies are awesomeEast Boy wrote:swannsong wrote:Away game on a Saturday might have made a big difference...East Boy wrote:[quote="Stitch

also thought this result looks like a bit of an upset as well..... had a few close games this year must be feeling unlucky to have a few close results not go there way... they aren't a bad side at all!

The sacking of the coach worked wonders.God is an Englishman wrote:Thanks mate, we turned on a display yesterday to be very proud of.Mahorn wrote:

Great effort by Southern Knights for not opening the bar for the 50 odd Easties peeps that made the coach trip down there today.
On a positive note the steak roll from the canteen was very tasty.

The same coach for this week as they've had since Round 1.Lexa Doig wrote:The sacking of the coach worked wonders.God is an Englishman wrote:Thanks mate, we turned on a display yesterday to be very proud of.Mahorn wrote:

Re: Cup Round 2 results
Thanks for that...apologies....we are a relatively small Club that was stretched between O'Sullivan Beach and Elizabeth Grove today....we also had a clash with South Adelaide Pink Panthers and they had the main pitch for 3 games today...I would have thought they might have opened the bar today as they run the canteen where the profits go to them.saintpompom wrote:Great effort by Southern Knights for not opening the bar for the 50 odd Easties peeps that made the coach trip down there today.

The bar itself is run by the complex (Knights generally open it and man it on Sunday) and the profits go to the complex...
