3 March 2018 I.F.A.B. AGM Agenda (Laws of the Game review).

The International F.A. Board is meeting in Zurich today to review the Laws of the Game.
Main issues to be addressed are:
(1) whether to allow a 4th sub in extra time games to assist exhausted teams;
(2) wording clarification on “denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity” and “stopping a promising
attack”.
(Hopefully they’ll get this simple and right. ie, as long as it’s not violent then a DOGSO outside the penalty area = a red card and free kick; and if it’s inside the box then it’s a yellow card and penalty.)
(3) And they’ll obviously be discussing THE topic of the moment - V.A.R.
Can it ever be totally quick and accurate, or is it really refereeing the game twice?
