Coach shortage?

With all of the below teams advertising for coaches, are we seeing a shortage of suitable/capable coaches atm? Or are most of these advertisements "required" in club constitutions but the positions are already filled?

Ingle Farm - (Sunday Div1) - As/Bs/Cs
Para Hills - (Sunday Div2) - As/Bs/Cs/C2s
Rowe Park - (Sunday Div2) - As/Bs/Cs/C2s
Noarlunga - (Sunday Div2) - As/Bs
WA Raptors - (Sunday Div2) - As/Bs/Cs/C2s
Sturt Marion - (Saturday Div1) - A grade
SPOC - (Saturday Div2) - Bs/Cs
AUSC whites - (collegiate 1A) - A Grade

Elizabeth Downs A's also technically on the list but I'm sure they'll have 100 applications to work through

Long time reader, first time poster.

Kyle Condron has been appointed at West Beach FC as Senior Coach for 2023.

Moves from USC Lion where he was Premier B (Reserves) Coach.
