When is FSA going to grade the Cup better and have lower level teams play first and bring in the better clubs later.

And to coaches, at what point do you just call the game off as its the Cup so the other team has already progressed!

there is a Junior Girls team that has won their first 2 cup rounds 21-0 and 20-0 !!

Yet Low JSL teams get fined for a forfeit when the writing is on the wall for a 15+ score line.
