What are your thoughts on the multi-game format (and points system) for the women's Ashes?

Not ideal but unless they play 3 tests then probably the best idea.

Issue though is the points, if it's multi format then should it be almost impossible to lose if you win the test?

Agreed, separate series, separate teams (usually).

This for me is where the points system is flawed - it should be such a way that the total points is an odd number so there is a guaranteed winner (and a lot less chance of a 'drawn' series)

Maybe 6 points for the Test, 3 points for each ODI and 2 points for each T20

Draw would obviously still be possible. Hard to think of a way to ensure it doesn't happen. Maybe most boundaries?

I was thinking about this today. Maybe if equal points then whoever has won the most games.

The draw is never good for getting a winner. Ryder Cup has the same 'flaw'

Surely they need to go with black stumps, to appease the BLM activists.

Can we just have a set stumps at each end, with no political agenda plastered over them?

So Aussies team
Include Green & Hazlewood
Drop Boland & Murphy

With rain expected on friday to sunday, Poms are already praying to the Gods for a draw.

England on top after day one. Only saw the first session, but that looked a 400+ pitch to me, and barring any tail-end miracles, we will fall well short of that. I guess it will depend on how well we bowl/field.

I thought you said you can't evaluate until both sides bat.

Which would make it even then.
